The Brax Method

A Hands-on Training for Plastic Surgery Recovery Massage

What is the BRAX Method?

It is a series of massage techniques used at specific phases during plastic surgery recovery.

The style of massage technique starts from light touch to stronger and will progress at the individual patient’s pace of recovery. The biggest thing The BRAX Method focuses on, is retraining the brain that the body is no longer in a state of trauma. This enables us to lower the fight or flight response and gradually increase our hand pressure, teaching your body to follow our lead to a faster recovery without causing you any discomfort. Instead of fighting pain and causing tension in the body, we relax your nervous system through education and physical touch, letting the brain know you're safe again!

Presented by Keri Graham,
Founder & CEO of BRAX Recovery Inc

The BRAX Method was founded by Keri Graham. She has a decade of experience working as a registered massage therapist in the professional sports world.
